Orders received up until 3pm EST will start processing same day and usually ship with in 24 - 48 hours, unless otherwise stated, pending billing and shipping address verification. Once we ship your order will receive an email containing tracking information. We ship via FedEx or UPS to United States residents, at our discretion. FedEx and UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so please be sure to use a physical address for deliveries. International orders will be shipped via USPS; shipping charges DO NOT include taxes or duty. All international customers will be responsible for custom duties, foreign taxes or any other fees imposed by your country for delivery. Any fees incurred on returned items due to unpaid custom fees will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted. Please note it is the law of the United States that we declare the full value of all items shipped.

NON-SALE ITEMS: Returns for refund, exchange or store credit are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached. Merchandise must be returned to us in the original condition it was received in, please take special care in how you package your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

You can only return merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery date of your purchase. Your item(s) returned for refund, exchange or store credit must have a postmark that is dated within 14 days of when the package was delivered to you. If you receive an item damaged it is your responsibility to report it to us with in 2 days of delivery. To complete your return please include the original filled out return form with the merchandise that you are returning. You are responsible for all shipping charges related to the return. We strongly recommend that you insure all items when you ship them for a return. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 3 business days, please note, we can only issue credits to the card that was originally used for the purchase and it could take up to several days after the refund has been issued to post to your card. If returned merchandise is damaged in transit and was the fault of the shipper, you are responsible for filing any claims against the shipper, we will assist you as much as we can, and we are unable accept the return.
